To our members, please sign up to raids whether you can raid or not.  If you're unable to attend, sign as a "No" so we have an idea of who can go and who can't, and not just who was being lazy for the day and didn't bother.  Please get into the habit of always signing for each raid, even if it's to say you can't attend.  Thanks guys.
